You must be 21 years of age or older to open an account with app999, place bets, or access any real-money game on the platform. app999 reserves the right to request documentary proof of age at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory evidence of age within a reasonable period may result in account suspension and withholding of any pending withdrawals pending verification.

The app999 platform is designed for use by players located in Bangladesh. You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of app999 complies with the laws and regulations applicable in your jurisdiction. app999 makes no representation that accessing the platform is lawful in jurisdictions outside Bangladesh. Each player may hold only one registered account on app999. Each Bangladeshi mobile number and each individual person may be associated with only one account. Duplicate accounts are prohibited. app999 reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts, void any associated bets or bonuses, and retain any funds obtained through duplicate account activity.

The following individuals are not permitted to register or use app999 under any circumstances:

• Persons under 21 years of age
• Persons who have previously been self-excluded from app999
• Employees, contractors, agents, or affiliates of app999 or its game providers
• Any person acting on behalf of a prohibited individual
• Persons using automated bots, scripts, or software to access the platform

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any other person. app999 will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account caused by your failure to protect your credentials. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without authorisation, you must contact app999 support immediately at [email protected].

app999 may require you to complete identity verification (Know Your Customer, or "KYC") at any point, including prior to processing withdrawal requests. Acceptable verification documents may include a national identity card (NID), passport, or other government-issued photo identification. Failure to complete KYC within the requested timeframe may result in your account being restricted until verification is satisfactorily completed.

You may request the closure of your app999 account at any time by contacting the support team. Upon closure, any remaining balance will be returned to your designated withdrawal method subject to verification requirements being met. Accounts flagged for suspicious activity or pending investigation may be subject to a hold period before closure is finalised.

All deposits must be made from payment accounts or cards registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited. app999 reserves the right to return deposits made from unverified or third-party sources and to close accounts where third-party payment methods are used. Deposits are generally credited to your app999 balance within sixty seconds for mobile money methods (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay).

Withdrawals are processed to verified payment methods associated with the player's registered account. app999 aims to process withdrawal requests to bKash and Nagad within five to fifteen minutes of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals may take one to three business days. app999 reserves the right to carry out additional verification checks before releasing withdrawal funds, particularly for large amounts or where unusual account activity is detected.

All balances, bets, winnings, and bonuses on app999 are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). app999 does not charge platform fees on standard deposits or withdrawals, but your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges. You are responsible for any fees imposed by your bank, mobile money operator, or card issuer.

app999 employs fraud detection systems to monitor all financial transactions. If suspicious activity is detected — including but not limited to chargebacks, reversal attempts, use of stolen payment credentials, or coordinated bonus abuse — app999 reserves the right to freeze the account, withhold funds pending investigation, and report the activity to relevant authorities where required.

In the event of a dispute regarding bet settlement, the decision of app999's trading team shall be final. app999 reserves the right to void bets placed on markets where a technical error has resulted in incorrect odds being displayed.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on app999:

• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes

In the event of a game disconnection, technical failure, or network interruption during an active game round or live sports bet, app999 will make every effort to settle the affected round or bet in accordance with its standard rules. Where a definitive outcome cannot be determined due to a technical failure, app999 reserves the right to void the affected round and return the staked amount to the player's account balance.

You must not copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, display, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any content from the app999 platform without the prior written consent of app999. Scraping, data mining, or systematic retrieval of platform content using automated tools is strictly prohibited.

If you submit any content to app999 — including feedback, reviews, support messages, or chat communications — you grant app999 a royalty-free, worldwide licence to use that content for the purposes of operating and improving the platform. You warrant that any content you submit does not infringe the rights of any third party and does not contain harmful, offensive, or unlawful material.

app999 does not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free access to the platform at all times. The platform may be temporarily unavailable due to scheduled maintenance, emergency technical work, third-party service outages, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control. app999 shall not be liable for any losses incurred as a result of platform downtime or service interruptions.

The app999 platform integrates third-party game providers, payment processors, and data suppliers. app999 is not liable for any failure, error, or delay caused by a third-party service provider that affects your use of the platform or the processing of any transaction. Your use of third-party payment services (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and others) is also subject to the terms and conditions of those respective providers.

This Agreement is written in English. English is the governing language for all interpretations of and disputes arising under this Agreement. Any translation of this Agreement into another language is provided for convenience only and shall not be legally binding.

If any provision of this Agreement is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable under applicable law, that provision shall be deemed severed from the Agreement. The remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect and shall be construed so as to give effect to the original intentions of the parties as closely as possible.

These Terms & Conditions, together with the Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any applicable bonus or promotion terms, constitute the entire agreement between you and app999 with respect to your use of the platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings of any kind relating to the same subject matter.
